Sichuan Lab is the most beloved sizzling hotspot in town, featuring the full spectrum of Sichuan “seven flavours”: tongue-tingling hot and spicy, sweet, sour, peppery, bitter, fragrant and salty. The restaurant is stylishly designed with two private rooms to cater different needs of gastronome.

Turn up the heat with the newfangled match of Sichuan spicy dishes and French wine. In the 6-course wine pairing menu, sample the full spectrum of Sichuan flavours and 2 distinctive Côtes du Rhône wines that mellow out the dishes without compromising the flavour. HKD $968 per person.
