French Pastry Demo with ICI and Valrhona

A two hours demonstration specially created for ICI students, showcasing 3 classics of the French Patisserie with the Chocolate tart, Chocolate Saint Honoré and Chocolate Éclair. On top of the technics, this will also be the occasion to share more about cocoa and chocolate production.

這2小時的示範是專為ICI的學生而設,並會展示3 個法式糕點經典作品,包括朱古力餡餅,朱古力聖安娜和朱古力長條泡芙。除了技術教授之外,亦會分享有關可可和朱古力生產的知識。

French chocolatier Valrhona has been creating the best of chocolate since 1922.
