Chef from Bellevue prepares pan-seared French Duck Breast with Orange Gravy. Pan sear the duck breast until it turns to golden colour, the fat melts then cook it 7 minutes at 160 degrees. Served with potato mash and orange gravy.

Bellevue厨師炮製香煎法國鴨胸伴香橙燒汁
首先將法國鴨胸慢火煎至金黃色,令到表面脂肪溶解,再以160度溫度烹調7分鐘,配以法式薯蓉伴碟,再放新鮮香橙肉及香橙燒汁完成。
