Two courses will be organised by the Food and Wine Academy in May revolving around the theme of French Sparkling Wines. Course will be complimentary to PolyU staff, students and alumni, and SHTM's industrial partners from the hotel and food and beverage industries. The Food and Wine Academy將在 5 月舉辦兩個圍繞法國氣泡酒的主題課程。課程將免費提供給理大員工、學生和校友,以及來自酒店和餐飲行業的 SHTM 行業合作夥伴。
About the institution
The Food and Wine Academy of School of Hotel and Tourism Management offers cuisine and beverage workshops and courses for the PolyU community and staff from the hotel and food and beverage industries, ranging from basic to advanced levels. 香港理工大學酒店及旅遊業管理學院轄下的The Food and Wine Academy為理工大學師生及酒店餐飲業界員工,提供各色飲品食物相關的工作坊和課程。
