We will taste 5 French artisan Cheeses with 5 French wines from different regions of France. A great opportunity to travel with a "Tour de France" and discover the art of pairing cheese and wine.

About

During the evening we will taste the following:   

1) Coulommiers ( soft cow milk cheese) from Ile de France pairing with Champagne, Didier Chopin, Brut NV

2) Petite Sainte Maure (Soft Goat Cheese) from Loire Valley pairing with Sancerre Le Mont, 2019 from Domaine Foucher    

3) Abondance fermiere ( hard cow milk cheese) from Haute Savoie pairing with Bourgogne Rouge Notre Dame de Bonne Esperance Domaine Dubreuil Fontaine 2018 from Burgundy    

4) Morbier (semi-soft cow milk cheese) from Franche Comté pairing with Brouilly "Pollen" 2018 from Artisan wine maker Mr Robert PERROUD    

5) Pyrenees Ossau Iraty 5 months (hard sheep milk cheese) from Pyrenees pairing with a Beaume de Venise red 2019.

法國葡萄酒及工匠芝士完美搭配體驗班  當晚總共有五款法國不同產區的葡萄酒及五款工匠芝士做搭配,彷如置身法國一樣體驗葡萄酒及芝士的完美搭配。  

分別有以下五款搭配:  

1/ Coulommiers產自法國西島的牛奶軟芝士 搭配 Didier Chopin香檳  

2/ Petite Sainte Maure產自法國隆河區的羊奶軟芝士 搭配 盧瓦爾河白酒Sancerre Le Mont - Domaine Foucher 2019  

3/ Abondance產自法國上薩瓦省的牛奶硬芝士 搭配 布根地紅酒Bourgogne Rouge Notre Dame de Bonne Esperance Domaine Dubreuil Fontaine 2018  

4/ Morbier產自法國東部的牛奶半軟芝士 搭配 薄酒萊紅酒由釀酒師Mr Robert PERROUD釀製的Brouilly "Pollen" 2018
