At Skye, we have embraced the natural elements and flavours of the ‘Pays de la Loire’ in a 6-course tasting menu, featuring ingredients such as the asparagus grown on the valley’s river banks, and a delicate fillet of turbot. It’s a true celebration of some of the best produce of the region.
