Description

Discover a refined interpretation of Latin American gastronomic culture through chef Ricardo’s eyes with Mono's Racan Pigeon dish. Featuring whole Racan pigeon from Loire Valley aged in-house for six days, this signature will be available on the dinner tasting menu (HKD1480) in the month of May.
