An indulgent five-course menu of the chef’s favourite French produce, including Sologne asparagus, caviar, and langoustine, is available at lunch and dinner priced at HKD1,280 per person, or HKD1,880 with exclusive Loire Valley wine pairing. (Prices are subject to a 10% service charge).
