Fleur de sel is a french restaurant specialised in Brittany crepes and opened since 2010 in Causeway Bay . Fleur de sel was launched by French chef Gregory Alexandre who has been in Hong Kong for 16 years . He was the chef of the french consulate in Hong Kong and has also worked ar Robuchon Macao
