Take a tour of Loire Valley with a 6-course menu featuring 4 glasses from Saumur, Nantais, Central, and Touraine regions matched with culinary flair of Chef Edwin Tang serving Sautéed French pigeon breast with white asparagus. From 1 – 31 May at HKD1,298 plus HKD380 for wine (subject to 10% service charge).
